PUBLICATION ETHICS POLICY
Authors of IJOMR must confirm the following:
- Submitted manuscript must be the original work of the author(s).
- Submitted manuscripts should not be published in other source of publication.
- There must be clear statements pertaining to any conflict of interest.
- After submission of the manuscript, if any error be identified, the author(s) must promptly communicate to the Editor regarding the corrections done.
Reviewers of IJOMR must confirm the following:
- The reviewers must have the subject-expertise required to carry out proper assessment to assess the manuscripts fairly and aptly irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, citizenship and political values of the author(s).
- The reviews must be objective, constructive and undeterred by any hostile, provocative, libellous and prejudicial comments.
- All information about manuscript must be kept confidential.
- Any conflict of interest, observed during the review process, must be communicated to the Editor.
- Information obtained during the peer-reviewed process must not be used to favour or discredit other person(s) or, and institution(s).
Any content that may cause rejection of the paper for publication must be communicated to the Editor.
Editors of IJOMR must ensure the following:
- All manuscripts must be fairly evaluated on the basis of intellectual contents of the paper regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, citizenry and political values of the author(s).
- Any conflict of interest in the manuscripts if observed, must be disclosed.
- Contents in the manuscripts must be kept confidential.
- The Editorial Board is the sole authority of taking decision on publication of submitted manuscripts on the basis of reviewers’ evaluation, policies of the journal editorial board, legal aspects of plagiarism, libels and copyright infringement.
